– Nigerian comedienne and actress Helen Paul has visited several Nigerian universities as she promotes her stage play Live Burial 

– The project is her first stage play and she also has plans to publish a book on it soon

Popular female entertainer Helen Paul recently toured some Nigerian universities with her production crew as she presented Live Burial, her first stage play. 

The tour started from the University of Lagos, before moving to the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University and then the Redeemers University where the drama presentation team received accolades from veterans like Olu Jacobs, Joke Silva and Dr. Ahmed Yerima among others.

According to Helen Paul the second phase of the tour is scheduled to kick-off later in 2016, even as she further revealed plans to publish Live Burial as a book soon.

“Interestingly, we have actually received messages from some international schools requesting that we bring Live Burial to their respective institutions, but we don’t want to be in a rush. That is why we also want to publish it as a book,” the entertainer said. The comedienne and actress has been known to make several efforts aimed at touching the youths in Nigeria.

In December 2015, she gifted 50 young Nigerians JAMB forms so that they could sit for the university admission exams and further chase their dreams as a result.

The Theatre Arts graduate from the University of Lagos is married with kids. In addition, she runs a fashion store and film academy.
