A new drama series titled Shampaign is set to premiere in April, 2016 and it has got the fans buzzing in anticipation. It is the story of a young lady with big political aspirations who faces certain hurdles she must scale as a result.

It centres on the lives of a young political campaign team whose sole aim is to do the impossible by getting a woman into office but it is not just the usual political aspiration as there are twists to this. The crux of the matter lies in the fact that her desire is to become the first female president in her country and she has to surmount the pressures from her immediate environment as well as her own weaknesses.
