Now back home from his US gig, he finished the video shoot of a new song in Lagos in the last week and got on a private flight with his HKN label mates as they set out for a performance in Congo.
Reports also have it that Ojuelegba star Wizkid, who has spent the last few weeks on a tour of African nations, is currently in Brazzaville as they all gear up for a thrilling concert.
Senegalese-American star Akon is the brain behind the concert expected to hold tonight April, 3 at the Stade de la Concorde a Kintele as part of his efforts to project the Akon Lighting Africa project.
If everything goes as planned, this will be another great night for the fans in Congo seeing as Wizkid and Davido have a thinly-veiled, long-standing ‘beef’ and often do not perform together as a result.
